This is a poetic treatise attributed to Teika, but possibly written in his name. It contains ten styles of poetry that match those in the 定家十体 but subdivides each style, and also contains lines of Chinese poetry. Each section ends with an explanation of the style.

「松体と申すはいつ聞くも聞きざめもせぬやうに、ただしく物づよくよみなしたるが、しかもがたへに混ぜぬたぐひにて侍るべし」
