兼輔朝臣にあひはじめて、つねにもあはざりけるほどに
きよたゞが母
ふりとけぬ 君がゆきげの しづくゆへ たもとにとけぬ 氷しにけり
Translation
She had begun to see Lord Kanesuke, but he did not visit her all the time

Because of the drops from your melting snow that falls but does not melt, there is unmelting ice on my sleeves.
