女につかはしける

贈太政大臣

ひたすらに　いとひはてぬる　物ならば　よしのゝ山に　ゆくゑしられじ

• 女に] ひとのもとに（堀・雲・坊）
• ひたすらに] ひたぶるに（中・安・坊・正）、とにかくに（久）
• しられじ] しらせじ（堀）

ひたすらに

「徹底的に...しまう。すっかり...しまう」（全釈）

いとひはてぬる

「我を、一向にいとひはてたらば」（八代集抄）

吉野の山

ゆくゑしられじ

「行方を知られないつもりだ」（新大系）

In the Ise-shu this exchange comes after GSS 830-831. According to that, Tokihira was actually on a 5 day sutra listening visit in Nara, 興福寺.

This is not a serious declaration of love, but simply a haikai-like poem sent to Ise who was known for her poetic skill (全釈).「そうならないよう、嫌わないでほしいとの心」Ise probably knew that Tokihira wasn't serious（新注）
