	The 和歌初学抄 lists this as an example of metaphorical imagery, under あやうき事 with かけはし given as one example. The 18th century nativist scholar Fujidani Mitsue gave this poem as an example of a moral warning against frivolous love affairs.		This may have been read during some kind of public event like a Kamo Festival or such, and the man has seen the beautiful carriage. これまた風流（全釈）

			See 1122, and MYS 4「さかきにも手はふるといふをうつたへに人づまといへばふれぬ物かは」 (標注).

			The 和歌初学抄 lists this as an example of metaphorical imagery, under あやうき事 with かけはし given as one example -- other commentaries also make this connection between the danger of a bridge and the danger of going after someone else's wife. The 18th century nativist scholar Fujidani Mitsue gave this poem as an example of a moral warning against frivolous love affairs. Nakayama disagrees with this, saying that this was not the intention of the original poet.
